ERIE, PA – December has been super cold so far, with frequent snow, too. But that is starting to change, as the storm track shifts to the North, allowing milder air to return. That will come on the back of strong southerly winds.
While there are no wind alerts issued right now, that might change, as a powerful storm and strong cold front arrive for late week. Expect winds to increase on Thursday, with frequent gusts to 40mph possible. Gusts might approach 50+mph late Thursday.
