Silver Creek Man Allegedly Punches Male in Presence of Minors

Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies took a Silver Creek man into custody following an investigation into a physical domestic incident Wednesday afternoon. Deputies, along with State Police, were called to an undisclosed address in the village shortly before 4:00 PM and found that 25-year-old Joseph Miller III allegedly intentionally caused physical injury to a male by punching him in the face. Deputies add that the incident occurred in the presence of two juveniles who suffer from cognitive disabilities. Miller was charged with one count of 3rd-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment…
