Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies took a Silver Creek man into custody following an investigation into a physical domestic incident Wednesday afternoon. Deputies, along with State Police, were called to an undisclosed address in the village shortly before 4:00 PM and found that 25-year-old Joseph Miller III allegedly intentionally caused physical injury to a male by punching him in the face. Deputies add that the incident occurred in the presence of two juveniles who suffer from cognitive disabilities.
