A primarily submerged vessel has been spotted in the bay near Donjon’s in Erie.
The boat appears to be mostly underwater, with only a portion still visible above the surface. While it resembles a tugboat, officials have not confirmed the type of vessel.

It’s not certain when the boat first sank, but witnesses said it was first noticed taking on water and mostly submerged by New Year’s Eve.
The vessel is under the Great Lakes Towing Company’s jurisdiction who said they are not allowed to talk about the matter of the vessel at this time…
