The father of a two-year-old who froze to death and was found at a playground on Erie’s east side in early 2024 has pleaded guilty.
According to court documents, 29-year-old Marrion Smith pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and two separate counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
