The community gathered on Monday evening to reclaim the place of a fatal shooting.
It was at this site that 23-year-old Michael Webb-Mendralla Jr. was killed.
Erie police investigating fatal shooting on city’s west side Tuesday
On December 2nd, he fell victim to gun violence and on Monday evening, the community gathered for a vigil in his memory and to take back the site of the violent crime that took his life.
According to his obituary, Webb-Mendralla was a graduate of Erie Institute of Technology with a degree in H-VAC and he enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling and cooking.
