In the deadly shooting of an Erie man by a state parole agent last summer, new details came forward this afternoon.
Initially reported by GoErie.com, Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook confirms to Erie News Now that Marchello Woodard had a quote, “lethal level of cocaine in his system,” at the time he was shot by Pennsylvania State Parole Agent Kevin Seelinger during a compliance check.
