(WJET/WFXP) — Former Millcreek Township School District superintendent Ian Roberts appears set to make a plea deal in his ongoing federal immigration case.
According to court documents, Roberts has a change of plea hearing scheduled for January 22 in Des Moines, Iowa; however, court documents do not include whether he will plead innocent or guilty.
