‘I think that’s everyone’s duty’ — Flying J’s Construction opened warehouse to help those in need during winter storm

Justin Saunders, owner of Flying J’s Construction, opened his warehouse to shelter those in need during a severe winter storm that impacted a large portion of the county this past weekend.

The winter storm brought bitterly cold temperatures, leaving several people in the community without shelter. In response, Saunders offered his warehouse, equipped with heat and necessary amenities, to provide a haven for those affected by the harsh weather.

Saunders has been actively involved in community service for over a decade, frequently stepping in to help those less fortunate. “There’s a lot of people less fortunate than us, and if I can make a difference with just one post and helping people out, I think that’s everyone’s duty,” he said, emphasizing the importance of giving back…
