A major project to redevelop the former Lake Shore Hospital building in Irving has taken another step forward. On Tuesday, the Chautauqua County IDA Board of Directors approved a 15-year, adaptive re-use PILOT incentive and a sales tax abatement and mortgage tax exemption for Main Road Med Group, LLC, which will lease the facility to New York Medical Center.
