A Crawford County man accused of stealing funds from an agency in Erie that assists immigrants and refugees has waived the lengthy list of criminal charges he faces to court.
Jeffrey A. Brooks, 58, of Guys Mills, waived his preliminary hearing before Erie 5th Ward District Judge Paul Bizzarro Jan. 29 on 50 criminal charges filed Jan. 6 by the Erie Bureau of Police. They include multiple felony counts of attempted forgery, access device fraud, identity theft and receiving stolen property.
