The Tamarack Wildlife Center in partnership with Wild Excellence Films will share the story of the Bald Eagle through a film titled, No Safe Exposure: Rehabilitating America’s Eagles. The film will be screened to the public on Feb. 7 at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.
The Tamarack Wildlife Center had been recognized throughout Pennsylvania for its specialized care of Bald Eagles before releasing them back to the wild. The film will showcase the many challenges that these birds face from vehicle collisions to lead poisoning.
