A Special Mass with Bishop Persico

On Jan. 29, 2026, a special Mass was held at Saint Peter’s Cathedral in celebration of Catholic Schools Week. Students, faculty, and staff of Cathedral Preparatory School gathered to honor Bishop Persico.

He said, “At the age of 75, a Bishop must send his resignation letter to the Pope.
