Dollar General, 1501 W. 38th St. (Exterior door of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals.) Also, one noncritical violation. Feb. 13
DK International Foods, 2122 Buffalo Road. (Mouse droppings and fruit flies were found throughout the facility.) Also, one noncritical violation. Feb. 12
