There has been very little change in the average price at the gas pump at the national, state and county levels from a week ago. According to AAA, Monday’s nationwide average is $2.94 per gallon, while New York State is averaging just under $3.00 per gallon. Both went up by a fraction of a cent since last Monday. Chautauqua County’s average is holding steady at $3.14. One year ago, the national and statewide averages were $3.15 and $3.17, respectively.
