ERIE, PA (February 24, 2026) — The Millcreek Township General Authority (MTGA) will hold a special meeting of the Board on February 26th, at 11 AM.
The meeting agenda will include consideration of a pre-development agreement, authorizing the MTGA to enter a due diligence period with a recommended developer,following a yearlong public bidding process.
