Dylan Abbey receives 13-year determinate sentence following multiple drug-related incidents in Jamestown.
(WNY News Now) – MAYVILLE, N.Y. — Jason L. Schmidt announced that Dylan Abbey, 33, of Jamestown, was sentenced February 23 in Chautauqua County Court for convictions stemming from three separate incidents in the City of Jamestown in 2025.
Abbey previously pleaded guilty in November 2025 to two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree.
