Funding for Lead Poisoning Prevention Program in New York

Jamestown New York has been awarded $1,700,000 from the Housing Trust Fund Corporation. This funding will be used in the Chautauqua County Health Department’s Lead Poisoning Prevention Program.

The city has had one of the higher counts of children who have suffered from lead poisoning within the state.
