Millcreek Township announced that a pre-development agreement has been made for their Presque Isle Gateway District along West 8th Street.
Millcreek Township has been planning what to do with the gateway district on West 8th Street since 2018, and now the township is taking a step forward toward developing roughly 9 acres of land that sits right near the entrance of Presque Isle State Park.
