One person was sent to the hospital after a car accident in Springfield Township on Sunday morning.
The incident happened around 10:20 a.m. when rescue and medical personnel from Springfield Volunteer Fire Company and West County Paramedics were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Happy Valley and Lucas roads.
