One person was taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon after being struck by a car on Upper Peach Street.
Calls went out for a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Peach Street and Downs Drive around 2:00 pm, reducing northbound traffic to one lane between the Interstate 90 exit and just past Downs Drive.
