A mother and father whose 2-year-old daughter froze to death two years ago learned their punishments on Wednesday in an Erie courtroom.
Shynia Holt and Marrion Smith, both 29, previously pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter among other charges related to their daughter’s death in February 2024.
