Work continued along Erie’s waterfront at East Dobbins Landing, and city officials said the finish line is finally in sight.
The project had been underway for months, with construction going on year-round.

City officials said the project includes improvements along the sea walls and walking areas, as well as adding a fresh patch of paved land to put various food trucks and other outdoor events for the summer.
“We are very very close to the completion of this project. It’s a little bit of a long haul, but pretty much everything is done now, with save a few minor things.
