Shane McGarrey, owner of McGarrey’s Oakwood Cafe, said that after many years, they’ve come to expect the crowds on the holiday and plan ahead to serve the community.
“We’re coming up on almost 50 years. To be honest with you, not much has changed. Every year it’s become almost routine, we know it’s going to be busy,” said McGarrey. “We’re pretty well prepared. This isn’t our first rodeo, so we know what to expect. We’re overprepared, if anything.”…
