Residents can now reach a live agent more easily by saying “agent” during the call, and the system will ask fewer questions to route calls faster. The customer service number is 1-800-866-4460.
Union City residents are reminded that bulk pickup is included in their quarterly trash service and occurs on the 4th Tuesday of each month. The next bulk pickup date is March 24, 2026.
