Erie, Pa. – Drivers across northwestern Pennsylvania could see visibility drop off suddenly as strong winds and bursts of snow create hazardous travel conditions heading into early April.

According to the National Weather Service Climate Prediction Center, the 8-to-14 day outlook from Thursday, March 27 through Wednesday, April 2 shows below-normal temperatures across the region along with an increased likelihood of strong wind events.
