(WNY News Now) – MAYVILLE, N.Y. — A Mayville resident faces multiple charges after an early morning altercation prompted a response from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
According to deputies, the incident occurred at approximately 3:41 a.m. on March 21 at a residence in Mayville. Authorities were dispatched following a report of a past physical altercation.
Following an investigation, deputies determined that Kevin T. Appelbe, 41, allegedly caused physical injury to another individual during the incident. Investigators further reported that the victim was placed in fear for their life and had their movements restricted during the altercation…
