Just after 1 p.m. on March 22 Michael Johnson of Bath New York was arrested for felony fleeing and eluding, DUI, reckless endangerment, amongst other violations. State Police of Erie were on patrol when Johnson passed using the left lane at a high speed.
Officers initiated a pursuit that last for 15 miles. The vehicles reached 110 mph during that time. Johnson attempted a left-hand turn before crashing into a pond at 6786 Sterrettania Road. Johnson was taken into to custody with no injuries…
