A major paving project affecting Erie County will begin next month. This project will span over five miles of Interstate 90 within McKean and Summit townships.
From mile marker 18 near the Route 832 exit in McKean to mile maker 23 just before Route 19 will be milled, paved and patched. Those traveling in the area should be aware of traffic shifts and possible lane restrictions from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., lane restrictions will not be in effect from 6 a.m. Fridays to 8 p.m. Sundays.
