In part of a nine-year annual tradition, seventh graders across the Erie School District gathered to showcase their entrepreneurial projects.
The Ice House program was created to encourage children to develop an entrepreneurial mindset.

Throughout the spring semester of this school year, participating students worked in teams, inventing ideas that address real-world problems and on Tuesday, they presented these ideas in front of an audience.
“I think this is the kind of program where the students can take the skills that they’re learning in the ice house program and apply it in the future,” said Dave Cross, a teacher at Strong Vincent.
