Historically black colleges and universities from all around the country are gathering in Erie to honor the life and legacy of Erie-born composer Harry T. Burleigh.
The 10th annual Harry T. Burleigh Spirituals Festival will take place at Mercyhurst University beginning on Wednesday and continuing through Saturday evening.
