We have a new update on Mimi, the dog saved by the ANNA Shelter after she was abused and left to die last month.
Thursday afternoon, a virtual preliminary hearing for her alleged abuser was held. The man accused of torturing and abusing Mimi, 63-year-old Roy King of Harborcreek, waived his charges.
