A pharmaceutical facility just outside the City of Dunkirk that has been dormant in recent years may see some activity within the next couple of years, thanks to a new lease in place from New York State. That’s the word from Chautauqua County IDA CEO Mark Geise, who gave an update during last month’s Board of Directors meeting. Geise said that under the terms of the new lease, ImmunityBio must begin its manufacturing operations at the Route 5 location by December 31, 2028.
