Local church holding vigil for children who died in East 26th Street house fire

A local church is hosting a vigil this weekend to remember three children who died in a City of Erie house fire last month.

On March 29, a house fire broke out in the 500 block of East 26th Street, claiming the lives of five-year-old Tobias Huff, three-year-old Da-Liyla Huff, and five-month-old Amirah al-Mansouri.

On Sunday, April 26, at 4:30 p.m., Saint John the Baptist Parish is organizing a prayer service at the site of the fire to remember the children who lost their lives and pray for those impacted by the tragedy…
