City dedicates street to Reverend Charles, Mother Mary Beth Kennedy

The community remembered the Reverend Charles Kennedy and Mother Mary Beth Kennedy during a street naming on Thursday.

That ceremony took place in the 2100 block of German Street. The Kennedys were active members of the Erie community and international missionaries with the goal of spreading God’s love.

They also founded the Community Country Day School and the Community of Caring.

At the street naming, the community shared stories about the positive impact of their work.
