The Oregon Ducks have wrapped up their second weekend of official visits on Sunday as Dan Lanning and the staff look to continue building out this class. The group on campus this weekend was unique as it wasn’t filled with the major names the Ducks are after, but it also provides a ton of promise.
Coming out of the weekend, it appears that the Oregon coaching staff hit it out of the park with the visits this weekend. The Ducks are trending with several prospects, and it looks like a few recruits are instantly on commit watch. Among the many to follow for the Ducks moving forward is an in-state product that should excite many.
Oregon predicted to flip in-state WR away from Washington State
The Oregon Ducks just dealt Washington State a crushing blow on the diamond with a win over the Cougars in the Eugene Regional. The Ducks appear to be on the verge of terrorizing the Cougars again as Rivals’ Steve Wiltfong predicts that in-state WR Malachi Garlington will flip from Washington State to Oregon.
At the start of June, Malachi Garlington went to camp for the Ducks, and impressed the staff to the point that he earned a scholarship offer. This weekend, Garlington returned to Eugene for his official visit after attending the Spring game, and now the Ducks look to be trending for the in-state prospect…
