I hate picking favorites. My brain freezes, my mouth dries, and suddenly I’ve never done or eaten anything interesting in my entire life.
However, after six months as Lookout Eugene-Springfield’s food correspondent, I can confidently say there are some dishes I’d have over and over again. So, this week, I’m taking a break from eating (for work that is) to list the best bites I’ve had since moving across the country.
