Leaburg Library proudly welcomes Jim Dinn, photographer, to the library’s “Artists In Residence” program. His beautiful and innovative photography will be on display through July 31st. Jim has traveled the world with his wife Diana and his cameras, and has brought some of his captivating images to share with all of us.
