EUGENE, Ore. — A University of Oregon student reported being grabbed from behind by a man riding a bicycle Tuesday morning near campus, prompting an alert from the university.
The university said the incident was reported on Tuesday, July 14, at about 10 a.m. The student, identified as a woman, was walking near Franklin Boulevard and Villard Streets when she was grabbed from behind, according to the alert.
