EUGENE, Ore. – A woman was arrested this morning after she reportedly flooded her apartment and broke a neighbor’s window at a Patterson Street apartment complex, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said they were called to an apartment in the 2300 block of Patterson Street on July 24 at 8:28 a.m. Management asked 25-year-old Faith Miranda Rhoads to turn off the water, and she did. But Rhoads then broke her neighbor’s front window. Officers tried to contact Rhoads, but she refused to leave her apartment and yelled out of her second story window.
Police waited in the area for Rhoads to exit, but she never came out. Later, callers reported Rhoads was walking around the complex and hitting doors with a pole…
