EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene Police are asking for help finding a stolen silver pickup truck that hit a bicyclist and drove away.
The truck is a 2010 Chevrolet HD with Oregon license plate 349LKZ. It has a lift kit, oversized black wheels and tires and a silver canopy. Police say the truck should have damage on the front passenger side from hitting the bicyclist.
The truck was reported stolen in Florence near the North Jetty between about 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. on July 4. The owner didn’t officially report the theft until July 5 at about 11:44 a.m. through Lane County Sheriff’s Office’s online reporting system…
