SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — A 17-year-old Springfield girl has been charged with felony hit-and-run after a community member helped police identify the vehicle and driver involved in the case, the Springfield Police Department (SPD) said.
Police said the tip led officers to locate and interview the teenage driver, who cooperated with investigators.
