A woman struck during a Springfield hit and run died early Aug. 24 after multiple weeks in the hospital, according to family.
Pamela Fultz and Randall Fultz, both 73, were on a routine walk through their Springfield neighborhood when they were struck by a white Nissan Murano near the intersection of Sixth and G streets on Aug. 6 around 9 p.m.
Randall was found dead at the scene, and Pamela was taken to the hospital with multiple broken bones, including her pelvis and ribs, as well as spinal and severe road-rash injuries, according to the Fultzes’ neighbors. On Aug. 24, Pamela died at a local hospital…
