Oregon already knew 2027 was going to be expensive for health insurance. The state’s ACA marketplace premiums are rising 21.6 percent for 2027 — one of the highest increases in the country. PacificSource, one of Oregon’s regional carriers, is exiting the individual ACA marketplace in Oregon, Idaho, and Montana — affecting approximately 60,000 members combined. Providence Health Plan is also leaving Oregon’s ACA marketplace.
Now Health Net is exiting Oregon’s commercial employer group market entirely. Coverage ends February 28, 2027.
