EUGENE, Ore. — Hop Valley Brewing Co. opened a new pub at Eugene’s 5th Street Public Market on Thursday, returning the brand to downtown as the craft-beer industry adapts to a more competitive market.
The opening comes during a period of change for craft breweries.
