LOWELL, Ore. — A longtime Big Fall Creek resident says sediment releases from an upstream reservoir have changed the creek and could threaten salmon currently spawning there.
Dan Brock has lived along Big Fall Creek with his wife for 43 years. He alleges the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is responsible for the changes he has witnessed.
