EUGENE, Ore. – Landmark Properties and CrossHarbor Capital broke ground on The Mark Eugene, a luxury student housing community near the University of Oregon.
The first phase will bring 1,002 beds to the area, with the full project reaching 2,275 beds when complete. The community is set to open before the 2028-2029 school year.
