Eugene man sentenced in string of nine business burglaries

EUGENE, Ore. — A man accused of breaking into multiple Eugene businesses over several months has been sentenced to supervised probation after pleading guilty to five burglary counts.

The Eugene Police Department said Raymond Joseph Janczyk was arrested April 25, 2025, after investigators identified him as the suspect in nine local business burglaries reported between September 2024 and April 2025. Police said the victim businesses included locally owned food trucks and restaurants, among others.
