SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — For people with limited mobility, something as simple as getting out the front door can mean relying on someone else for help – and the cost of making a home more accessible can put that independence out of reach.
But Habitat for Humanity of Central Lane County is helping remove those barriers one ramp at a time.
