LANE COUNTY, Ore. – UPDATE 1/23/24:. ODOT is reporting Highway 99 has reopened north of Eugene, near Awbrey Lane and milepost 116. ODOT has confirmed with our reporter on the scene that the crash occurred at approximately 6:04 a.m. and involved two vehicles, a small compact car and a log truck.
