A Cottage Grove woman has been slapped with federal charges after a grand jury indicted her for allegedly spreading violent threats across social media. Elizabeth Ballesteros West, age 56, faces the legal music after threats against co-workers and various minority groups were dug up by the feds, as confirmed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon.
